I like to make a dip for bread with it. Just olive oil and rosemary or thyme (also roasted) and mashed roasted garlic. So delicious!

Love Earthbound Farm. Always have a huge tub from Costco of their Spring Salad Mix. Nice to have a simple vinaigrette to use with it.
